In a heartbreaking confession, a 26-year-old Nigerian man who goes by the name of "Killaboi" has admitted to taking the life of his popular Instagram influencer girlfriend, Austa, in Lagos.
Using his Instastory, Killaboi confessed to fatally stabbing his girlfriend who had over a hundred thousand followers on the platform. While details about the circumstances leading to the tragic event remain unclear, Killaboi revealed that a heated argument between them was what ultimately led to the unfortunate incident.
In remorse, he acknowledged that his life would never be the same after his violent act of aggression. The couple had been in a relationship for three years before the tragic occurrence, which has shaken the online community and left many shocked and devastated.
Despite his initial attempt to flee the scene out of fear, Killaboi has since decided to turn himself in to the authorities, knowing that he must face the full consequences of his action. The young man's confession is a painful reminder of how our actions can have devastating consequences, not only for ourselves but for the loved ones in our lives.
Killaboi wrote in part,
“I got into an argument with my girlfriend @austa xxo which fight I mistakenly stabbed her and ran away out of fear and been suicidal since then.
I want intend to end my life now cause I have lost the one o cherish so much
I want to do the right thing and turn myself in.
I will gladly die by paying with my life now.
1 have failed myself, I have failed my mom, I have failed my family.”
