Nigerian music sensation Davido voices frustration at the video leak of his newborn twins, confronting music producer Samklef for the alleged disclosure.
Following circulation of a video featuring Nigerian-American music icon, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, and his wife Chioma, cradling their newly arrived twins, the singer has taken music producer Samklef to task, accusing him of sharing the video online without consent.
Reports indicate that the twins were born in the United States, and a video capturing their departure from the hospital quickly gained traction on Friday.
Davido, who has yet to formally announce the birth of the twins, turned to his Instagram account to address Samklef's post of the video.
In a series of comments, now deleted, Davido stated: "U know ur not meant to post this", "Delete pls ur a wicked person," and "f*cking clout chaser."
Shortly after, Samklef responded by explaining that he came across the video on the X platform (previously known as Twitter).
In a subsequent post, Samklef clarified: "Me and @Davido are kool. Davido initially believed I was the one who leaked the video after our DM conversation. However, I clarified that I obtained the video from the public domain on Twitter. Wishing blessings upon your home and family."
