In a surprising turn of events, Arsenal secured the services of midfielder Declan Rice in a £105 million deal from West Ham, triumphing over fierce Premier League rivals Manchester City and Chelsea.
While City were initially viewed as favorites, especially after their treble-winning season under Pep Guardiola, Rice disclosed that the opportunity to work under manager Mikel Arteta was a crucial factor in his choice to move to north London.
