Arsenal has pulled off a stunning double swoop by signing two of Europe's hottest prospects, Declan Rice and Kai Havertz, in a groundbreaking deal that has sent shockwaves throughout the footballing world.

The Gunners have secured the signing of Rice from West Ham United, after tabling an offer worth up to £105 million, with the structure of payments being discussed and expected to be resolved soon.

The 24-year-old is set to become the most expensive British signing in history, subject to a successful medical. The Gunners have outdone Man City who had also made an offer worth around £90 million, but were unsuccessful in their bid. Rice, who has always been keen on staying in London, has fulfilled his desire to move to Arsenal.

Adding to their impressive list of signings, Arsenal have also sealed the signature of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, earlier on Wednesday, for a fee of around £65 million. The back-to-back signing of these two incredible players will mark a defining moment in the Gunner's history, and completes a fine few days for Mikel Arteta and the team.

With Rice and Havertz set to don the red and white, Arsenal's faithful fans are undoubtedly looking forward to seeing what the future holds for their beloved club. Will these two footballing prodigies take the Gunners back to their glory days and bring the club to new heights? Only time will tell.
